 1999 has been a great year for Blizzard Related sites, as Blizzard games become ever more popular. The quantity and quality of sites has increased, for outclassing any previous years. Where a few years ago even the best sites only updated once or twice a week, now we see several updates each day even from smaller sites. Here at Infoceptor we hope to credit those webmasters who have worked hard and increased in the quality of the Blizzard community, and providing traffic is the least we can do.
Welcome to the 1999 Infoceptor viewer site awards, where we list the various awards given to the Blizzard fansites of 1999. In order to promote fairplay, Infoceptor and it's related total conversions are not eligible for any awards.
After a month of voting and high competition, the voting period of the 1999 Awards is
closed. The Awards will be split into four sections. The Genre awards lists the best games of each Genre, meanwhile
specialist awards give credit to the people and creations of truly deserve a mention, we also have a small
dubious awards section mentioning the darker side of things. Finally the top
overall site of 1999 is also announced.
