This is the same tileset, and indeed the same map as the last screenshot. It is taken a little bit to the left of the last one, right inbetween the main Human base and an Orc town.

Marn Magesinger the ArchMage has just called down a Blizzard on top of the two advancing Orcish Catapults, no doubt in an effort to protect the three Peasants chopping wood and the Lumber mill. The only form of backup that we can see the ArchMage has is a line of three Riflemen over on the far right of the screen. Although the ArchMage is certainly capable of protecting himself as he can also summon a Water Elemental, and because he also has the Cloak of Shadows (look in his inventory), whenever he stops moving, he will become invisible!

The two Catapults have been making their way over a jagged hill where the Peons (or perhaps the Peasants) have chopped down some trees to make their passage easier. The Orcs also have a Goblin Zeppelin, probably bought from one of the five Neutral buildings in the middle of the map. There is also another Catapult and a Grunt further back.

Both the Humans and Orcs seem to desire this as their wood chopping spot as the Orcs also have a Lumber Mill and four peons harvesting wood. The other Orc building is a Hut (the Orcish "farm" building).
