Entaro Tassadar, before I start my report of the Battle at Braxis I'd like to inform
you on what the lines signify on the minimap. The yellow line is the trail in which our
air forces travelled, including shuttles. The Red line is where our Land forces marched across.
Hence the blue dots in bettween signify positions in which troops were either loaded, unloaded or
recalled. I have also marked A-E as the 5 UED Power Generators we were sent to destroy.
Starting on the distant platform, our Observers reported a ideal landing position directly North of us.
Loading the two Dragoons and four Zealots into the two shuttle, we dropped them off at the
first blue dot in which you can see on the minimap. The fresh warriors were eager for battle as I ordered them to destroy nearby missile
turrents situated on the ramps on either side as well as the turrent directly in front. This allowed
out observer and shuttles to countinue following the the progress of our land force.
As our land force marched across the Platform, the Dragoons shot any passing Missile Turrents which strayed into their range.
The two bunkered which stood in our way were no match for my brethren and soon both were reduced to rubble. My force
then countinued to dteroy the Power Generatored marked at Position A. With it gone, all missile turrents on our
platform was disable, allowing safe travel for the reinforcement of 2 Dragoons and 4 Dark Templars. These were soon brought to where the main force lay.
As we unloaded onto the next Platform, I order the Dragoons to take out the nearby Turrents. With Cloak Detection destroyed,
the two Bunkers in our way were made short work of by the Dark Templars. An Science Vessel came rushing to help detect the Dark Temaplrs,
but were easily cut down but Altanis and his Scouts. The third Bunker had missile turrents nearby, forcing me to use Dragoons and Zealots.
Our squadron of Warriors marched forward, destroying a huge row of Turrents to our West. This in turn allowed the shuttles to carry
the land forces to the 4th Blue Dot marked on the minimap. Once again we were surrounded by turrents and once again the Dragoons turned them to rubble.
However as our small force coountinued towards Power Generator B, Siege Tanks from below was able to shoot us. Quickly
I order all the Men to Level the turrents, thereby cancelling out the Siege Tanks vision. When teh Siege Tanks came rushing up the ramp
to chase us, the Zealots were there to engage them
With the threat of the Tanks vanquished, the Dragoons picked off the Power Generator from long range, not bothering to kill the Bunker which
guarded it. With teh Station destroyed extra Dragoons, Zealot and Dark Templars came to our aid. These were soon joined with the Main Group
near the ruins of the Power Generator. With our work on the second platform done, the squad proceede to be unloaded west of their current location.
Here the Dragoons snuck behind the enemy befences, leveling out Misile Turrents left and right. The
few Goliath on top of the Catwalks stood no chance aginst an overwhelming number of Dragoons.
The Dragoons they countinued to move to the North West side of the centre platform, leveling the Missile Turrents which guarded it. When all turrents were gone,
Atanis and his scouts were able to pick of the few Wraith and pick off the Power Generator from behind without taking on the Grunt of the platform defences.
As the sound of diabling turrents echoed through the air, reinforcements of Templars and Reavers came and were welcome by everyone.
Knowing the next Power Generator, the one marked with D is directly North East of us, I order the ground forces to board the shuttles once again.
Here I sent an elite force of 7 Zealots eastwards along the dotted red line where they engaged a Siege Tank as well as reducing the issilt turrents that were in their way to rubble.
Once the Zeallots have returned victories, the main force marched Noth Westwards along the cat work, destroying all turrents in it's paths. Once down the
ramp, they kept next to the Catwalk to avoid the Siege Tanks stationed near our next target. Even still, a few Spider mines managed to take out some of our Troops,
luckily the Observers soon entered the seen, ending the madness.
The Siege at the Generator D was a tough one, one which many warriors fell. However it didn't tke long for me to realise that Hollucinations were needed here.
Using the High Templars, 8 Holluciantions of Atanis was created, these coupled with the real scouts
managed to fly in and deal death to the Siege Tanks on the Catwalk. When both Tanks were destroyed,
only one real scouts was lost during the Battle. Without their potent land defences, my fellow Dragoons managed
to charge forward and elminate the missile turrents and Goliath, of course mindful of the Spider Mines at the same time.
As Power Generator D fell, a massive fleet of Protoss ships came to our aid. Included in which were the
best defence breakers, the COrsair and the Arbiter. I'm still wondering why Zeratul didn't send these in at the start of
battle. All men were boarded for the attack against the final platform, the shuttles were then sent straght for the second to last blue dot.
As the battle rages Zealots jumped out of the shuttle, the two missile turrents which stood in their way were soon leveled.
It was here that the Reavers were finally unloaded, I had kept them back as without minerals the Scarabas the reavers had would be unreplaceble.
Cloaked by the Arbiter from above, the 2 Reavers laid waste to the nearby Terran Bunekrs and Turrents, allowing the army to slowly advance. Unfortunately soon
the scarabs were gone leaving the Reavers useless. It was then that the final atatck was issued.
Summoning all the available High Templars, I cast Hollucination onto the Single Arbiter.. within seconds
a spiritual fleet was under my control. With a single order, all Arbiters, real or otherwise
flew past the Terran Turrents and Battlecruisers, heading straight for the Power Generator.
As the massive blue balls of energy from the recall spell appeared next to the Power Generator, I think even the Terran knew the battle was over...
Now that the Uraj is safe, I shall report on how our Search for the Khalis goes..
