Entaro Tassadar, the Battle at Char was one of the greatest Warfares I have had the pleasure to command. However
before I recount the victory we brought over the Zerg, I shall once again brief you the keys of the minimap. The Red line on it
disgnates the way in which our land forces travelled while the yellow line disgnates our Air force.
As we established the outpost at North of our target, Kerrigan managed to control a small Zerg Brood to the East to do our bidding. Dispite
my distrust of her, I must admit she has being extremely helpful in the current Campaign. The Observer to the west
of our Protoss base alerted me to the prsence of two Lurkers, seeing that there was no detectors nearby, I sent the
Dark Templars which made short work of the underground horrors.
A quick scouting run with the Observers revealed the Zerg attacks came from both their outpost at A and a Valley at B. Quickly I
ordered the Dragoons and Zealots to conver the attack from the west while ordering the Zerg forces to mass up and protect the Valley a B.
Using a spare minerals, a new Zerg outpost was quickly established at C. With the enemy attacks stopped at least for the moment, I cancentrated on the construction of
both the Protoss and the Zerg base.
As base bases constructed harvester to increas mineral input. The Creep Colonies by the
Zerg outpost was morphed into Sunkens and Spores. Meanwhile a further Sunken Colony was morphed at Outpost C.
Below I will detail the build order in which I established:
Cybernetics Core
Dragoons at Gateway
Zerglings/Drones at Hatcheries
Hydralisk Den
Second Gateway
Hydralisks/Zerglings at Zerg Base
Dragons/Zealots at Gateway
Weapon Upgrade ar Forge
Stargate
Upgrade to Lair
Spire
Mutalisks at Spire
As we countinued to build, Resources were coming in nicely from all three Bases, allowing a significant
force to built in a matter of minutes. The enemy attacked the Zerg base several times with Zerglings and Hydralisks, but our own Zerg
force held them off at ease. As the first three Mutalisks popped out from their eggs, I orderd an
attack on the Zerg outpost at A with 5 Dragoons, 5 Zealots, 12 Zerglings and 3 Mutalisks.
Using the Dragoons, the first Sunken Colony was detstroyed easily. Any oncoming force of Hydralisks and Zerglings would be destroyed by the Zealots
and Zerglings of our own. With the frontal defence destroyed, the Dragoons managed to pick off the Zerg hatchery at far range,
although we dared not advance any further due to the Surrounding Colonies. The Zerg tried
several assaults at our attack force, but none claimed victory.
Meanwhile the Main base countinued to tech. Below is a general list of what was built next.
Corsairs at Stargate
Zerg Carapace Upgrade
Protoss Air Weapon Upgrade
Fleet Beacon
Zerg air Weapon Upgrade
Second Stargate
Carrier Capacity Upgrade
Carriers at Stargate
Although during the Process, the enemy sent several more attacks at our Zerg encampment, the
Hydralisks and Zerglings once again held it off. Meanwhile three Carriers was constructed, these
coupled by 12 escorting Mutalisks made short work of the extra defences at A. Allowing the Dragoons,
Zealots and Zerglings to charge forward and finish the job. Any scourge the enemy sent were unable to Reach the Carriers at the
Mutalisks blocked the way.
Seeing minerals running out at the Zerg base, a Htachery was constructed at A. Meanwhile the force
of 11 Dragoons, 9 Zerglings and 3 Zealots went down the ramp to the Sourth, establishing a good defensive position
where the Red Arrow is shown on the left of the minimap I drawn. There 2 Photon Cannons and a Shield Battery
was built.
During all this, more Carriers were constructed at Main Base, taking the total Carriers population to 6. This force, accompanied by
a Corsair and 16 Mutalisks started moking their way Eastwards to B, annihilating all the Spore Colonies along the way. The
enemy put up an noteworthy resistance of Scourge. 2 Carriers along with most of Mutalisks perished in the siege, but
they were soon replaced.
During the Siege, more advancements were done at the Main Base.

Corsairs/Carriers at Stargates
Mutalisks at Zerg Outpost A and C,
Citadel of Adun

Research Stasis
When a Force of 6 Corsairs, 8 Carriers, 1 Arbiter and 16 Mutalisks was achieved, I
ordered the advancement to the Khalis Crystal. Using Corsairs, disruption webs was launched at the massive wall
of SPore Colonies cloaking our way. Then the Carriers were sent, leveling off
the whole wall in seconds. Enemy scourge were shot down by Cloaked Corsairs and Mutalisks, however
a few Mutalisks and 1 Carrier was lost in the Battle.
With the Grunt of the enemy force trampled, I send the Land force of 12 Hydralisks and 24 Zealings along the
route marked red on the Minimap. Meanwhile sending the airforce directly Sourth towards the Crystal.
Enemy Zerg attacked from all sides, but were unable to penetrate the Swarm of Interceptors.
The Land forced however had some difficulty reaching the crystal, barely surviving with a few Hydralisks.
However this was an insignificant loss, as they were all Zerg anyway. Quickly I ordered the Recalling of Probe
to the Crystal, and victory was ours around 50 minutes after the start of the Battle. With
both jewels in our possesion, I can only anticipate the day when all Zerg are wiped from Shakuras
forever...
