Before my battle reports,
let me introduce myself. I am Commander Deathwing of the Theta Squadron of United Earth Directorate, or shortly named
the UED. Not only am I a command, I am also a historian, charged in preserving passed battles for young privates such as you to read. The of such battles was the Battle at Braxis. Below is the report.
"Crap, this landing site has no Gas Geysers!" was the first sound I heard as I took command over he outpost. Indeed what the Marine named Mike said was true, Stukov must of got a good laugh out of this one... or perhaps he was just testing me.
Without gas, I quickly order the training of marines in Barracks, and construction of Vultures in the factory. The SCV's were sent to harvest minerals while new ones were constructed at the command centre.
Taking the advice of the marine, I sent my 4 Marines, 2 Tanks and a single vultures eastwards along the red line to find gas. However, instead of locating gas, I located an enemy outpost at A,
guarded by around 6 marines. These were easily dispatched along with any reinforcements the Dominion sent.

Seeing that there was no gas, I ordered the men to search northwards, kicking the Marines to move as they claimed they had a saw foot from the last Battle. It didn't take long for us to spot a friendly Terran Outpost, its commander introduced himself as Duran. After a brief conversation with Stukov, we took over command of Duran's outpost, allowing him to guide us to the Dominion base in return. When I turned around, I wasn't surprised to see Mike hugging the Gas Geyser... Damn I should promote him to a SCV pilot sometime.
With gas in our hands and two bases, I order the following constructions…
Marines at both Barracks
Siege Mode Research
Tanks at Factory
Academy
Research Stim Pack
Engineering Bay
Upgrade Infantry Armor
While waiting, I decided to allow Duran to lead our attack force through to the backdoor of the enemy. Using 3 Vultures, 6 Marines
and 2 Tanks, I ordered siege on the Terran outpost at D. The attack was extremely successful, with the loss of a single marine.
Joining up with 2 Tanks and 6 extra marines the new attack force advanced westwards toward the enemy command center... our target.
The Tanks proved to be extremely useful in taking out the enemy defences, blasting his Bunkers off the ground. As my attack force advanced, I ordered the tanks into Siege Mode just within range of the enemy structures. Seeing this, the enemy charged with everything that he had, but none was able to pass the deadly Shock Cannons with marines guarding in front. Duran also proved his loyalty by casting lockdown and advancing Tanks.
Finally after the enemy defences ebbed into nothingness… I started creeping the tanks forwards. It did not take long to reach command center. Its rubble is a sure evidence of victory. With the Datafiles, we can now decode and take-over enemy capital ships… I will include the exact tactics to that in the next report…
