There's this little
known item in the goblin merchant that everyone seems to overlook,
for only 100 gold, you have instant mobility and you'll be able to
do hundreds of things that would normally be impossible! it lets
you teleport to any structure or ground unit, and there are a lot
of applications for this. you
can...
Human: 1.
teleport to your shop or to a Mercenary camp/goblin lab/merchant
and not have to take the long way 2. cant get your MK in
position? send a footman or some other small, expendable unit to
go around to the back of their army. teleport your MK to it, and
clap! 3. even better, you can invisibility that footman so you
wont lose it! 4. pretend that you are TPing! most ppl will
start focus firing on your other units since when you normally tp,
your hero would be invulnerable. 5. teleport to a mechanical
critter! 'nuff said 6. is that nooblar lvl 10 KOTG w/ 1 hp
running from battle and back to his moon wells? keep a mechanical
critter or scout tower near the entrance of his base, and teleport
and kill him before he gets back inside! 7. teleport a newly
revived hero instantly back into your army 8. better yet, use
it to go shopping and have him teleport to your army once a battle
starts. 9. now your paladin has TRUE invulnerability! simply
teleport back to your base once divine shield runs out! 10.
getting harassed? not if you can instantly come back to your base
every time those damn hippos come! 11. ever had that situation
in large games or FFA's where your army is trapped miles away from
home, and your lvl 6 AM just got revived? teleport to your army,
and then mass teleport back home! 12. same as above, but you
can use a town portal with any hero to do the same thing! 13.
blizzard harass? if they tp, then you can teleport out also! staff
delay = 3, tp scroll delay = 5! 14. instant security of
potential expansion spots! keep a scout tower or critter near all
the gold mines, and whenever those peons come to build an expo,
simply teleport over and put an end to em! 15. is your ally
getting owned? teleport over the heroes, your units can come later
to attack them from the rear! 16. got trapped by nobo ghouls?
its alright, just teleport to the back of your army and commence
the ownage! 17. most importantly, keep your overpowered heroes
from dying! simply teleport away once they are getting wailed on
and are about to die! 18. true, your hero isn't invulnerable
when hes staff of tp'ing away, but who cares? you have a paladin
and priest heal!
Orc: 19. its nice that the TC got a speed boost, but hes
still frickin huge! its still hard to get in position to stomp!
well, not if you can teleport into the middle of their army
though! 20. like the TC, the blademaster often has trouble
reaching enemy heroes before the battle is over! well, not if you
can teleport right next to em! 21. fighting a ghoul masser and
you see the PERFECT opportunity to shockwave, but its too far
away? once again, just teleport! 22. salve it up! now you can
use the most cost-effective heal ever, WITHOUT the disadvantage of
it being too far away/too hard to hold em all! 23. windwalk
harass! they got dust and found ur bm? thats ok, you can teleport
to your peon outside their base and come back in a couple
seconds! 24. tp into their base! buy a tiny great hall,
teleport into their base, slap down the hall, and have another
hero tp to the hall! 25. did they just try to attack you, but
failed? well, counter them by teleporting near their base, running
in, and EQing buildings!
Night Elf: 26. get your hero to a safe place! use a DoTT in
crow form to head over to a small cliff with no way up, unmorph,
and teleport to that DoTT! 27.use a potm or kotg to do the
above trick! the potm can still give aura but cant be killed,
while the kotg will still be able to spam treants
cenarius-style! 28.the same trick in 26. can also be done with
hippos! 29. hippo harassing? unmount an archer and bring a hero
along too! 30. combined with the NE shop staff and the staff of
teleportation, NE can just send ANY of their units back to
moonwells! 31. put it on a DH! then'll have no trouble getting
in range for a mana burn, or standing in a pack of enemy units
with immo! 32. get your lvl 3 blink NOW! use the staff to
teleport your warden in close for a SS or FoK, use it, then use
blink to get out! 33. hippo rider/DoTT or greyhound? you have
unlimited mobility to the whole map by unmounting/unmorphing them,
and if you need to get back, thats whats the staff you bought at
the NE shop was for!
Undead: 34. old school sphinx abuse, now! load your heroes
up with mana pots, teleport to your statues, morph em, absorb mana
from heroes, and drink pots! yea its expensive, but its powerful
too! 35. UD heroes fear the MK and paladin, especially with the
DK bait and the frail lich. but that problem is solved, simply
teleport to your shop! 36. creeping! send your guys to go creep
while you teleport back home to do some shopping and walk back the
long way. 37. long distance hero killing! keep a shade by their
base, and teleport and shoot off the hero killing spell of your
choice before they get a chance to get inside and use
wells/pots! 38. the almighty lich! anyone worth their beans
tries to kill this guy off, but with frost armor, boots, and a
staff, thats a hard job to do. 39. like the FS, after a battle
is over, teleport to their base and let loose a death and decay!
who said this ultimate sucked? 40. like shockwave, the staff
also allows perfect CS/impale positioning!
